  I stopped in to rent a small truck for some local work (I am a local). There were two individuals behind the counter, apparently a trainee and a trained ape. The ape spent his time cursing at an old man (with hearing aids in) F this F that, get the F out of my office (all because the older gentlemen had to take a phone call) and then tried to justify his language with me as "a pet peeve that someone takes a phone call when he is trying to "conduct business"" WHAT A JOKE!. They need to clean house and get that dude GONE.
