  I rededicated my life and got rebabtized for a new beginning. I was going a lot then my friend quit going and i dont drive so have no way to get there. Sure do missit.

  I LOVE victorious life church!! Everyone there is friendly, loving, pretty mucheap you feel that you belong there. I LOVE listening to Pastor ED! My daughter absolutely LOVES the youth group and Pastor ED. As well she learns visually and Pastor Ed has a lot of visual in his messages. we both look foward for for all services

  My husband and I have been visiting several churches to find our home church and Life church is the one we like best. The people are kind and friendly and it is a bible teaching and Holy spirit filled church.

  By way of introduction, my name is Grant E. Engelmann and I have visited your Spring Hill Campus on a dozen or so occasions over the course of the last year. I have been blessed to make the acquaintance of a number of very mature and committed Christians. I have also enjoyed the worship services and am honored by the opportunity to get to know Pastor Roberto Michele. Both he and his wife Nellie have been very warm and welcoming to me personally. I was also delighted to find out that the Spring Hill Campus has a food pantry that offers fresh produce because I have been unemployed for more than a year and the Spring Hill Campus is in close proximity to my home.
  
  However, on Saturday April 29, 2017, I arrived at the Spring Hill Campus for food at 11:37 am. I knocked at the door to the food pantry and received a cool reception by Rita Pagano who condescendingly responded by saying, “The last time you were here, I told you that you needed to be here by 11:30 am – no exceptions!” When I calmly stated that the sign on the door clearly stated that the hours of service were 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, Rita firmly stated, “I am not going to argue with you!” and promptly slammed the door in my face.
  
  I want to be clear that I did NOT come to the food pantry in order to engage in a debate over official church policy regarding their food pantry hours of operation. Quite honestly, that is just not my problem. I also do not appreciate Pastor Roberto and VLC church staff splitting hairs with me over seven minutes and then condescendingly and disrespectfully debating with me. By the way, at this point in time, it was well after noon and I still had not received any food. Pastor did apologize for the confusion in the posted time and stated that it would be changed to notify future food pantry recipients.
  
  Perhaps you have not experienced extended unemployment, poverty, hunger or homelessness. But I can share from personal experience that people already have a great deal of shame over having to come to a food pantry in the first place and arguing with people over a policy that is clearly written on the door is very foolish. If you or your staff feel at liberty to argue with me over something so trivial, I am sure that VLC staff is arguing with other people (saved and unsaved). Not only is this a very poor testimony for Christ but I assure you that God will not bless your church or ministry as a result. What is very clear to me is that I did NOT see a servant’s heart on Saturday April 29th or a palpable display of the Fruit of The Spirit.
  
  At no time during the course of events on April 29th was prayer offered to me. I have been unemployed for more than a year and I also have some areas in my health that need to be brought before the Lord.
  
  In my humble opinion, the problem lies in Pastor Roberto’s attitude. God loves a cheerful giver. II Corinthians 9:7
  
  I am NOT obligated to attend Victorious Life Church (now called Life Church) but you are obligated to help me as a member of the Body of Christ. The bible says, Therefore as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. Galations 6:10. NIV And also, Do not withhold good from those who deserve it when it is in your power to act. Proverbs 3:27 NIV
  
  This is not about being right or wrong but about doing the right thing. You do not have the right to make the rules as you go or change the rules without first posting them.
  
  I am truly sorry for this unfortunate incident.
